LINDA GRAY ON WISTERIA LANE

LINDA GRAY has expressed an interest to get a role in her favourite TV series DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. The actress, who played SUE ELLEN in the cult American soap for 11 years, now wants to become a feature on Wisteria Lane alongside the programme's current stars TERI HATCHER and EVA LONGORIA. Gray has already met with the show's scriptwriters, who are themselves big fans of hers, and insists there's a real chance she may be cast. She says, "Well, I said, 'Hell, if you are such big fans, why am I not in your show?' They stared at me like they didn't know what to do with me, but I told them I should be on their show."
