Gary walked into Southfork, he turned to see Miss Ellie sitting in the lounge.

"Momma" he called out.

Miss Ellie stood up

"No change yet" Gary said

Ellie walked over and hugged him.

"Lucy has to be all right Gary, she has to" Ellie said.

"I know momma, I know" Gary said tearfully.

As the rain fell Bobby and Sue Ellen drove around the streets looking for JR.

"Where could he be?" Sue Ellen asked concerned for JR's welfare.

"We'll find him" Bobby said.

Sue Ellen looked through the rain stained window of the car and spotted JR's car by a bridge.

"There Bobby, that's JR's car" she said

Bobby pulled the car over and they both got out.

Bobby walked over to the car, the engine was running and the doors open.

"JR" Sue Ellen yelled out as the rain fell heavily against her.

"Where is he?" Sue Ellen asked hardly able to take anymore.

Bobby looked up and in the distance he saw a figure standing, looking over the edge of the bridge.

Sue Ellen looked over "JR no" she said.

They ran towards the bridge.

JR stood emotionless at the side of the bridge looking out, his body drenched from the rain.

"JR" Sue Ellen called out to him.

JR did not answer.

"JR lets go home buddy" Bobby said.

"You go home now you hear," JR said

"I'm not going home without you JR" Sue Ellen said.

"Dam it, just go home" JR repeated.

"No JR, I need you now" Sue Ellen said tearfully.

"I don't need anyone, I just need my son, and without him, what's the point" JR said

Bobby moved towards JR

"Don't come near me Bobby, please just leave me alone" JR said, his voice strained.

Sue Ellen stopped Bobby from moving forward.

"I'm hurting too JR, I want him back too, so badly, so much I can't bear what I'm feeling, I just want it to stop" Sue Ellen said crying moving towards JR.

"Stop it Sue Ellen" JR said as a single tear rolled down his cheek.

"I don't know what to do, I don't know and I need you to help me, please" Sue Ellen said as she walked forward towards JR

"John Ross needs us together, he's our son, he wouldn't want this JR, he needs us together, we need each other" Sue Ellen said reaching out to JR.

JR grabbed Sue Ellen's hand and held it tightly.

"I need my boy Sue Ellen, I need my boy back" JR said

Sue Ellen began to cry "I know, I need him too, oh JR, what are we going to do? What are we going to do?" she asked crying in his arms.

JR and Sue Ellen hugged as the rain fell.
