Ellie sat at the patio table with Sheree, a light warm Texan breeze blew across the land.

"Maggie was a good friend to me Ellie, she stood by me. I confided in her, I had nobody else" Sheree explained

Ellie nodded and smiled "It was so long ago, we were young and times were hard" she replied

"I barely recognized Southfork, coming up I expected to see the old Ranch house, your daddy sitting in the front porch smoking one of those large cigars" Sheree reminisced

Ellie laughed "How I hated those cigars, I can smell them now" she smiled.

"How did he finally pass over Ellie?" Sheree asked sipping her lemonade

Ellie thought back, her eyes looked down.

"Broken heart they said, my mother passed away and he was never the same. He lived for her, she was sick along time and he couldn't bear it without her. He always said she was the rock that held everything together and without her he had little purpose" Ellie explained.

"Maggie wrote me about Digger, drank too much, played too much, and I guess it finally took its toll" Sheree recalled.

Ellie nodded "Diggers gone, Garrison, Jock, "

Sheree sighed "You know Ellie, me and Digger, it was just one foolish night, right after one of your Southworth barbeques, drank too much, times were difficult and nobody knew what tomorrow would bring."

"Why did you make out Garrison was the father?" Ellie asked

Sheree sighed again "Garrison was my sweetheart, he truly was. I knew how people would see me if they knew I had been with another man, especially as that other man truly only had eyes for you. God knows your family didn't approve of me in the first place, especially you Ellie"

Ellie smiled "Long time ago, Sheree Simmons, hard to believe now but I was rather opinionated to the point of arrogance and maybe that wasn't always fair.........but you had a daughter?"

Sheree looked away "Yes, Kathleen, what a bonny baby. I lost her, a while back now, car accident, waved her goodbye and twenty minutes later she was gone. I can't even begin to tell you what its like to loose your child, but I had to be strong for Kimberly, I had lost my daughter but she had lost her mother. Its been hard, I can't pretend otherwise"

"I'm sorry to hear that, I really am. Loosing Jock was hard enough but sometimes I would imagine what it would be like if he did pass away and that was hard enough but I could not even imagine loosing a child, I'm sorry you had to go through that" Ellie replied

"Its not natural Ellie, its not gods law to outlive your child. But life goes on, it has to" Sheree replied.

Ellie squeezed her hand.

In the lounge at Southfork JR placed his stetson on his head, Lucy and Bobby sat on the sofa.

"Well Iv got to hand it to your wife Bobby, another Barnes blunder. What I find amazing is that Pamela has a knack of finding long lost relatives. How many is it now? You know maybe you could enter her in the book of records, I'm sure she would appreciate that" JR laughed "Boy that really made my day, the look on her face was priceless, a true Kodak moment don't you think?" JR laughed again

"Shut up JR, you're not funny" Bobby replied

"Don't get mad Bobby, look on the bright side, now she can sue old Cliff for half of what he's got, but when you think about it, that's not very much" JR smiled and left the room.

Pamela sat in the kitchen with Kimberly

"Look Mrs Ewing, I didn't expect any of this, I didn't come here to find family, I came here to put something right and well it didn't quite work out like that" Kimberly explained

"This is a lot for you to deal with" Pamela expressed

"In theory you are my aunt, and you have a brother? Any others?" Kimberly asked

"No, just myself and Cliff," Pamela replied.

"Maybe things didn't work out as I planned but my grandma seems to have confronted some ghosts and that's always healthy. I wont be sticking around, grandma needs me now , we have lots to sort out" Kimberly explained.

"One thing , if you ever want to find out about Digger than just call me. Maybe you could send me a photo of your mother? I would be interested" Pamela asked

"I Don't think so Mrs Ewing, you know what I realized, Iv been lucky , I had a family that loved me and we didn't need money, or a big ranch" Kimberly smiled.

Pamela nodded in agreement.

Christopher sat in his room at Southfork, he sat listening to "Pink - Like a Pill". on the CD player and lay down on the bed. He thought back to when he first met Becky, the riding accident at Southfork in 1995, how John Ross had moved in and took Becky away from him. He took out a photo album of happier times, a photo of John Ross on a hunting trip. He became angry and ripped the photo.

At the Barnes house Afton poured herself a cup of coffee. The door opened and Becky walked in.

"Sweetheart" Afton greeted her daughter

"Hi Mom" Becky replied hugging her mother

"John Ross dropped me off" Becky replied

"Becky, I'm worried about you, this drug problem, you have to face it" Afton expressed her concern

Becky smiled "I am mom, things will be different now, but I need to speak to you"

"Has something happened?" Afton asked

"Mom, I'm going to tell you something and you must promise not to tell anyone. Please" Becky stated

Afton nodded

"I'm pregnant mom, I'm going to have a baby" Becky blurted out

Afton smiled "That's great, isn't it?"

"I don't know, I just Don't know" Becky said

Afton looked concerned

Outside the prison. Sue Ellen walked out carrying a small bag. JR walked over to her

"JR, you didn't need to do this" Sue Ellen said pushing her hair back from her face

"Yes I did Sue Ellen, this was all wrong. I didn't want to see this happen to you" JR explained

"Did you hear Anita is out on bail. Why did she do this?" Sue Ellen asked

"Revenge, hell knows with that barracuda, but I suspect Jeremy Wendell is involved somewhere, I would bet my last dollar on that" JR replied as they walked towards the car.

Sue Ellen smiled awkwardly and sighed

"You're free now and that's all that matters. Momma made your room up at Southfork and the whole family will be waiting to see you" JR said opening the car door.

"JR , I Don't know about that" Sue Ellen replied opening the car door

"I wont hear another word about it, you need family around you now. So get in" JR insisted

As Sue Ellen got in she spotted the brown envelope with the photos on the car seat, JR quickly picked them up

"What was that? More secrets JR?" Sue Ellen asked

"Hell no, just business" He replied and smiled to himself.

The car pulled off.

At Barnes Oil. Pam sat in Cliffs office

"So that's it, Digger had another daughter" Pamela finished her sentence.

"What about neurofibromatosis ? Did she mention it?" Cliff asked

"No, nothing and I wasn't going to say" Pamela replied

Afton walked in and greeted Pamela

"Ready for lunch?" Afton asked Cliff

"Yeah yeah, just give me a few more minutes" he replied looking through some papers.

Pamela stood up "Afton can I have a quick word?" Pamela asked taking Afton to the outer office.

"Is something wrong Pam?" Afton asked

"How's Becky? Iv been a little concerned" Pamela asked

"I saw her earlier on, I think she's going to be fine" Afton replied

"She just seems a little distracted, everything ok with her and John Ross?" Pamela asked trying to find out what Afton knew.

"Pamela, I will tell you something, but you mustn't breath a word of it" Afton said, Pamela nodded

"Becky is pregnant, she's going to have a baby" Afton smiled

"A baby? she's pregnant?" Pamela said in a shocked tone

"Is something wrong Pam? Don't worry , John Ross and Becky will make wonderful parents" Afton said.

"I'm sure they will" Pamela replied, "I have to go now" Pamela said turning around.

"Pamela is something wrong?" Afton asked

"No, nothing" Pamela said and continued to leave.

Pamela was alone outside the office, she stood my the lift with a worried expression on her face.

At Southfork the family sat in the lounge.

"Its so good to have you back Sue Ellen" Miss Ellie smiled.

"Its good to be back and thank you for having me" Sue Ellen replied

"Hey who said the rooms free?" Lucy laughed.

Becky sat with John Ross with his arm around her.

"And how are you Becky?" Sue Ellen asked

"I'm fine Sue Ellen, " Becky replied smileing

JR glared at her and pulled out the envelope with the photos.

Miss Ellie stood up.

"I think its time for dinner" she said.

JR smiled and followed the family into the dining room.

Bobby, John Ross, Becky, Lucy, Sue Ellen and JR sat down. Miss Ellie took the head chair as she always had.
Christopher walked in, he looked over at Becky.

"Hello Christopher" Sue Ellen smiled.

"Hi , welcome home" Christopher said.

"Dinner is about to be served Christopher" Miss Ellie said

"I was on my way out" Christopher replied.

"Its rare for the whole family to be together, take a seat" JR insisted.

Christopher reluctantly agreed and sat down opposite John Ross.

"No Pam?" Ellie asked Bobby

"She's on her way home momma" Bobby explained taking a sip on some wine.

At that point Pamela walked into Southfork, she smiled and greeted everyone. She looked over at her son and then at Becky. She kissed Bobby and walked over to Sue Ellen and kissed her on the cheek.

"Its so good to have you back" Pamela said genuinely.

"Thanks Pamela" Sue Ellen replied politely.

Pamela sat down next to Bobby.

Miss Ellie picked up her glass.

"Before we eat I would like to make a toast" Ellie said.

JR stood up, holding the envelope.

"Wait momma, before you do that. I think there's something the family should know. I'm sorry John Ross, but this is the only way for you to realize what a slut you're married to" JR stated.

"No JR" Pamela shouted out.

Bobby looked at Pamela confused.

JR opened the envelope and threw the photos down on the table, showing Becky kissing Christopher.
