At Barnes Oil, Anita made herself comfortable in an office.

"Put that over there please" Anita instrcted a man carrying a desk lamp

Cliff walked in.

"Making yourself at home?" he asked her.

"Yes I am thank you Cliff" Anita said sitting behind a desk

"You know I thought Katherine was crazy before but allowing you to control her interests is insane" Cliff stated

"Well get used to it Cliff, Im going to be by your side everyday, won't that be fun? she replied sarcastically.

Anita looked up as two Police Officers walked in.

"Miss Smithfield? Anita Smithfield?" One officer asked.

"Thats correct" Anita replied

"Anita Smithfield you are under arrest for obstrcting the course of justice in connection with a hit and run accident" the office said.

As the other officer read Anita her rights, Cliff stood smileing.

Sue Ellen sat with her lawyer in the prison.

"So what now?" Sue Ellen asked Julie.

"We wait, it will have to go to the Supreme Court of Justice, either for a retrial but its a gurantee all charges will be dropped" Julie explained.

"So how long will that be?" Sue Ellen asked

"Hopefully soon Sue Ellen, but you will be out of here" Julie replied

"So for now im still stuck in this hell hole" Sue Ellen stated angirly

"Anita Smithfield has been arrested, its nearly over, then she will get exactly whats coming to her" Julie replied

Sue Ellen smiled "Oh she will get whats coming to her, I can promise you that" Sue Ellen said viciously.

At Southfork Ellie walked into the lounge with Kimberly, Kimberly looked around the ranch as she walked in.

Kimberly stood by the fireplace and glanced over at the family photos.

"These all your family Mrs Farlow?" Kimberly asked

"Yes, thats Gary, he lives in California, and thats my second husband Clayton" Ellie said

JR walked in, followed by Bobby and Pamela.

Ellie turned "Kimberly this is my sons JR and Bobby , and you know Pamela" Ellie stated
Kimberly smiled.

"So your the little gold digger" JR snapped

"I didnt come here to cause trouble" Kimberly stated "I just want whats mine"

Mike Young from Smithfields walked into the room.

"Hello Mike" Ellie smiled.

"Here are the papers Miss Ellie" Mike stated taking out some papers from his brief case.

"So lets get this over with" Ellie declared.

At the hospital Becky lay in the bed, John Ross sat at her side.

John Ross stroked her hair, suddenly her eyes opened

"John Ross?" she whispered

 

"Becky, its ok honey, im here, its all going to be ok" John Ross said quietly back.

Becky took his hand and he smiled at her.

At the door, unseen, stood Christoper, watching.

At Southfork, Ellie signed the papers. JR, Lucy, Bobby and Pamela stood , silently watching.

"Miss Williams your turn" Mike instructed handing her a pen.

Kimberly , a little nervous, took the pen and signed the document.

JR looked over at Bobby

"Thats it " Mike stated "Kimberly, you now own 10% of the Southfork Ranch"

"I think we should drink to our newest family member" Ellie said.

At that moment an elderly woman walked into the room. Ellie looked up, like she saw a ghost.

"Sheree Simmons!" Ellie declared in shock.

"Ellie" Sherree said cooly, "been a long time" she continued.

"Grandma, I did it, I got you what you was owed" Kimberly said smileing.

Shree smiled and walked over to her grandaughter

"I hate doing this, Im sorry Kimberly" Sheree said.

"What do you mean grandma?" Kimberly questioned.

"That paper isnt worth a dime honey, your not owed anything from the Southworths" Sheree explained

"What do you mean?" Ellie asked.

Shreree looked down "Garrison isnt your grandfather, he wasmt the father of my child" she said.

Kimberly looked confused.

"I don't understand, he was, you always said he was" Kimberly said.

"It was along time ago, that photo should explain it? Only Maggiet knew the truth, she guessed, she knew about the affair" Sheree stated.

"Affair with who? Grandma?" Kimberly questioned.

"Garrison wasnt the father, it was Digger Barnes" Shree stated.

Pamela took a step back in shock.

"Digger Barnes was your grandfather" Sheree stated.

JR smiled.

At the hospital John Ross walked out of the hospital room and spotted Christopher

"What are you doing here?" John Ross asked Christoper

"I heard about the accident. How is she?" Christoper asked

"She will be fine, the nurse wants to see her for a few minutes, some checks, but she will be fine." John Ross explained.

"Thank god" Christopher said

In the hospital room, the nurse gave Becky some medication.

"Mrs Ewing, there is something else, I wanted to tell you, without your husband present" The nurse said

"Is something wrong?" Becky asked

"No , nothing at all. Infact it could be good news, but it wasnt on your record so I wasnt sure if you knew, your pregnant Mrs Ewing, your going to have a baby" the nurse explained.

"A baby?" Becky questioned in shock.

At the point John Ross and Christoper walked in together.

Becky looked over at them.
