DALLAS
- Season 5
This season has seen Sue Ellen
returning to drink after finding JR in bed with `Miss Holly
Harwood`. After an argument with JR a drunk Sue Ellen ran out
of Southfork and got in her car, Mickey (Rays nephew) jumped
in to stop her. As the car left the Southfork drive way another
car crashed into it, Sue Ellen was left with some minor cuts
but Mickey is on life support. As this season draws to a close
Ray has discovered that the car that hit Sue Ellen and Mickey
was in fact Walt Driscol, an enemy of JR, out to kill him.

JR spends a tender moment
with John Ross tucking him to sleep, Sue Ellen is asleep, she
has been given some sleeping pills by the Ewings doctor after
she became hysterical throwing a wine bottle at JR - which has
led to redecorating taking place. Teresa (In one of her longest
sentences ever spoken) informs JR she is going to the movies
with Rahoul, JR tells her to have a nice time (JR must of been
in a good mood).

JR stands alone at Southfork
thinking about his family as Ray comes in, Ray tells JR he is
going to kill him for what he's caused. Ray blames JR for Mickey
being in the hospital.

As Ray lunges towards
JR, JR picks up the candle holder and throws it at Ray, it misses
and knocks down the candles in the hallway starting a fire.
Ray grabs JR and tries to choke him as a violent fight breaks
out. Meanwhile Southfork burns.

The fire begins to engulf
the stairs, as John Ross and Sue Ellen lay asleep unaware of
the tragedy that's unfolding as smoke fills their rooms.

JR manages to get free by
knocking Ray unconscious with the phone, he sees the fire and
shouts out "Sue Ellen, John Ross"...... he then puts
his jacket over his head and runs up the stairs. Meanwhile Ray
has regained consciousness and spots the fire. He runs towards
the stairs but falls down unconscious as the fire rages around
him.

JR reaches the top of the
stairs still calling John Ross and Sue Ellen. The fire is getting
worse, a burning piece of timber falls from the ceiling hitting
JR, he falls to the floor with fire all around. Southfork BURNS..............credits
roll.
Will the Ewings survive
the Southfork Inferno, guess we`ll have to wait till next season
to find out.
