DALLAS
- Season 13
Well it was the end of an era,
this had been the last series and had seen the murder of Bobby's
wife April, The selling of Ewing Oil to an old Flame of JR and
then it finally falling into the hands of Cliff Barnes.
But the most important factor was that
of JR Ewing himself, after years of lies and manipulation, JR
had got his.
He lost his son John Ross who went to
live with Sue Ellen in London, Miss Ellie had handed Southfork
over to Bobby and he had lost Ewing Oil.
In fact his only motivation was his takeover
of Wes Star but even that came to a halt when old adversary
Dusty Farlow and Carter McCay put a halt to that little venture.
JR had lost everything he cared for,
and so he got a bottle Bourbon and a loaded pistol. Life was
just not worth living. In his drunken state an angel came to
him and showed JR what life would have been like if JR
EWING HAD NEVER BEEN BORN.

Without a JR there would
have been another son Jason. Jason would of sold off Southfork,
this would have broken Miss Ellie's heart resulting in her death.

Kristin wouldn`t have been
killed and would of lived her life as a con artist and Gary
Ewing would become a successful divorce lawyer.

Bobby is a hustler in Las
Vegas struggling to pay alimony payments for his kids, whilst
Ray Krebbs is not happy at his job but has a great family life.
Others such as Cally Ewing would have
been married with an abusive husband then gone to jail for killing
him and Sue Ellen would have been a chat show host married to
Nicolas Pearce.

But as a drunken JR`s journey
through `life without a JR` ended the Angel revealed itself
to be more of a DEVIL. As the Devil disappeared JR looked into
the mirror and raised the loaded gun to his head.

Bobby burst into the room
as a gun shot went off. Bobby looked on in disbelief.
THE CREDITS ROLLED.
