- Season 12
This series saw the demise of
JR`s and Cally`s marriage. A pregnant Cally has made close friends
with James, but now she wants a divorce and JR never to know
she's having his baby.Miss Ellie and Clayton became involved
in a murder mystery that brought them once again in contact
with Clayton's sister Jessica. She now owned a large amount
of Wes Star stock and JR wanted it.To get Jessica's voting rights
he had to have himself committed into a High Security Sanitarium
where Jessica was also locked away.
But when it came to JR getting out ,
James had other ideas..........................
 
JR sneaks into Jessica's
room at the sanitarium and lies to her that Dusty wants her
to sign over her voting rights to him. She does as he asks and
signs over her stock to JR. Meanwhile James and Cally go to
a solicitor and she asks for a divorce from JR and proposes
a property settlement that JR will sign in return for his release
papers from the sanitarium.
 
James turns up at the Sanitarium
with the release papers he stole from Sly. He says the only
way he will get JR out of there is if he signs the agreement
to divorce Cally and give her the property settlement she demands.
JR calls him a bastard and signs the paper and demands he now
he gets him out of there.
 
JR threatened to destroy
James and Cally once he is out, so James rips up the releases
papers and tells his daddy to enjoy his stay. JR is dragged
off by the sanitarium staff.
The episode ends.
