Ticket Purchase Instructions

Read these instructions Before attempting to purchase your tickets to the Dallas 30th Anniversary Cast Reunion & Ewing Barbecue at Southfork. Due to the nature of online transactions, the following instructions are intended to assist you in making a smooth ticket purchase, and to avoid failed, incomplete, incorrect, and or overcharged transactions.
Please Note: The following information does not apply to incomplete transactions due to SOLD OUT Sections.
Tickets to Separate Sections MUST be purchased
in Separate Transactions.
For example, if you want to purchase 2 (two) tickets in Section A, and 4 (four) tickets in Section B, please purchase your Section A tickets first… and BE SURE to write down your Confirmation Code. Then LOG OFF the ticket site. Then, LOG BACK ON for a totally separate transaction to purchase your Section B tickets. This applies to any and all separate section ticket purchases.
PLEASE, Enter ALL Your Information CAREFULLY.
DEBIT CARDS - ESPECIALLY
If you receive an Error Message or any other notice that your transaction will not go through during ANY ticket purchase transaction – STOP - Do NOT go “BACK” using any “back” links on the ticket site OR your “Back Button”. Completely Log Off … then RE-Log On to the ticket site to begin your transaction again.
If Purchasing Tickets from OUTSIDE the USA
If using a Visa or MasterCard Logo Debit Card, and your transaction receives an error message or any other notice that your transaction will not go through for any reason (other than the section(s) are sold out) - STOP - Log Off - and email Overseas Debit Card Tickets at HYPERLINK "mailto:info@dr30.com" info@dr30.com immediately. We will make other arrangements for your ticket purchase.
