WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 13th, 2010, by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes (“Potential Winner”).  Entrants need not be present to win.  Each Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail (“Prize Notification”) and the Potential Winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is an eligible minor) must respond by e-mail within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the Prize Notification (the “Deadline”), with Potential Winner’s full name and a mailing address (“Mailing Information”), where Sponsor can send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Documents”).   If the Potential Winner does not respond to the Prize Notification by the Deadline, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received for the original drawing.

Warner Brothers have announced the release of Dallas: The Complete Thirteenth Season on DVD for April 13th 2010 in the US and Canada.

Synopsis: For J.R. Ewing, Season 13 is as unlucky as a steer at a Texas barbecue. He starts by lying and cheating Ewing Oil to the brink of destruction and ends by kicking and screaming in a psychiatric hospital. In between he tires of his pretty young wife, seethes while Cliff Barnes’s political star rises and bumps into a past he didn’t know he had.
